LET'S TALK ABOUT SEX (1)

Hey People!

I trust you all are doing well. Okay I want to discuss something unusual today.

So I had sex yesterday with, you know who, and as usual we got talking afterwards. By now you all know that I love sex, it's no longer news.

See eh, let me be honest, I'm not among the group of people that sleep off after sex, no, not me.

Hubby used to be but I've gradually converted him because I can be a parrot when it comes to that. You kuku know say I sabi talk as I sabi write.

In fact, I think I'm more of a talker than writer.

I cannot have sex and keep quiet, not at all. We must talk!

We must analyze what just happened. How was it? Did you enjoy it? What did you like most? Would you like us to redo? Did you come or go? Did I leave you or were we together?

I can ask question for Africa. It's not my fault, I'm a learner. I want to know more and get better after all we've only had sex for 11 years, we still have sixty something more years to go.

Hubby said he's happy with the pace at which we're growing and he suggests that we don't drop the ball.

One thing he pointed out too was that, he noticed I'm now more confident and outspoken when it comes to sex.

That's great news for someone like me, with the kind of orientation I had, that's a big plus!

Now there's something I want to share with y'all.

After several research and experience, I've come to the conclusion that communication is key in every relationship, especially marriage and most importantly in sex.

If you do not tell your partner what pleases you how would they know? They cannot possibly read your mind to know. That is why you should express yourself.

A lot of couples need to get this right else they'll never enjoy their sex life.

Why am I bringing this up? There's an increase in the level of infidelity in marriage and it is not only alarming but a cause for concern.

I remember my early years of marriage, sex was a dreadful thing for me. Once hubby just makes a move, my heart will start beating like a talking drum, but now I am so sex-free, if there is any word like that, that I can boldly grab him to a corner and demand my conjugal right from him without fear or shame.

I am not the naive shy Virginia he married. That time I always wanted the lights off before we start. It somehow felt like my parents were watching me if the light was on. Hahahahaha!

The new me isn't afraid to explore.

When I even told him I was going to put up a sex post on my blog he was dazed.

I'm sure he's wondering where all this liver came from. Hahahaha. I know many of my family and friends will be amazed at this post but guess what? I choptas not!

Gone are the days when we would shy away from sex talk. I have grown past that anyway.

I just had this impression to share this with y'all and I know someone will be blessed by this.

So lessons for today:
1. Sex is good and healthy, a very vital aspect of marriage.
2. When it comes to sex with your spouse, don't hold back. Be open, free and communicate.
3. Don't hesitate to try out something new with your spouse, you will be surprised how spiced up your sex life will be.

Well, this is going to be the first of a series of sex talk anyway, I am sure you don't want to miss any of it. As for those disturbing me to share my first time sex experience, just stay tuned.
