When colleagues become friends!

 Happy New Month People!

It's your favourite Tory Teller!

Yeah, I know it's been a while on this page, please pardon me, it was not intentional. I have had my hands and my head full, believe me. You ought to know that I have been doing a lot of cooking though and soon I'll open the oven to unveil what's in it.

I hope September treated you nicely as it did me. Well, I didn't want the days of the new month to linger longer before I drop a post so I decided to give y'all this short picture story as inspired by my dear friend Bolaji Gelax.

I went to the office on Monday looking all radiant and well-rested after a wonderful weekend. And yes, I got compliments about my outfit. I knew I was looking good in my well-tailored plain and patterned Ankara dress shirt from the moment I came out to the sitting room and my Anambra couldn't take his eyes of me.

One of my colleagues, Nkechi, the award-winning writer, complimented my look and whispered that she would like us to take some pictures after work since we both appeared in lovely dresses. BTW, Nkechi is a picture freak! (Don't tell her I said so, please.) The girl can snap for Africa!

Well, who am I to turn down such an offer when my boss at home (Anambra man) had requested that I send him a picture in my lovely dress.

After work, we went for the photo session in front of my office, and my able Tobe Scribbles, another blog sister and colleague of mine who is always willing and ever ready to give us lovely shots asked us to pose for the camera.

Oluwakemi of life, another awesome tall dark colleague joined us saying that she was also wearing a lovely gown and was qualified to be in the photo too. Her reason made sense so we allowed her to join the session.

Before we could say Cheese, Aminat, the brilliant best-selling author, another colleague appeared and insisted she would be part of the pictures. What do you think?

The photo session turned into playtime for us anyway. After a mentally draining day as writers, the best way to let our hair down was taking funny pictures with colleagues who have become more of friends and sisters!

That's the end of today's story. I hope you enjoyed it!

See you again soon!

Tory Teller loves you and I am praying that you experience a remarkable October.

  5. Tearfully, she explained how Alex couldn't handle it and chose to end their relationship rather than support her through this difficult time. She also revealed that she still loved him and followed his career from afar. If you need more information Please visit my website Celebys
